Step-by-Step Flow
A. Flow for Onboarding
- Install the app and open the onboarding screen.
- Upload your company logo and owner signature (or add them manually).
- Fill in required business details.
- Set preferences like country, currency, financial year, and date format.
- Tap Save / Update and wait for the database to update.
If you want to access this information later in the app:
- Go to Settings >> Primary Setting (Transaction No., Tax Identification Type, Country, Financial Year, Currency Format, Number Format, Date Format).
- Go to Settings >> Invoice Header/Footer (Logo, Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, Website, Head Note/Foot Note, Signature, and Paid Stamp).

| Owner Signature | Can be drawn manually in the app or uploaded as an image. Appears at the bottom of invoices. |
| Paid Stamp | Paid Stamp feature display a clear PAID mark on document to indicate that the payment has been completed. |
