Filled by the business owner during initial app setup (onboarding) and updated anytime later from settings whenever business information changes.

Step-by-Step Flow

A. Flow for Onboarding

  1. Install the app and open the onboarding screen.
  2. Upload your company logo and owner signature (or add them manually).
  3. Fill in required business details.
  4. Set preferences like country, currency, financial year, and date format.
  5. Tap Save / Update and wait for the database to update.

If you want to access this information later in the app:

  • Go to Settings >> Primary Setting (Transaction No., Tax Identification Type, Country, Financial Year, Currency Format, Number Format, Date Format).
  • Go to Settings >> Invoice Header/Footer (Logo, Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, Website, Head Note/Foot Note, Signature, and Paid Stamp).

Fields Explanation

Currency FormatHow monetary amounts are displayed (e.g., ₹1,000.00 or $1,000.00).
Financial Year RangeThe start and end months of the business's accounting period.
Tax Identification TypeSimply means the kind of tax ID format being used based on a country’s system.
Date FormatHow dates appear on documents (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY).
Company LogoUploaded image that appears on all generated documents for branding.
Owner SignatureCan be drawn manually in the app or uploaded as an image. Appears at the bottom of invoices.
Paid StampPaid Stamp feature display a clear PAID mark on document to indicate that the payment has been completed.
