All business contacts are managed in one place.

  • Clients – People or businesses that receive invoices for sales.
  • Suppliers – People or businesses from whom purchases are made.

Once a contact is added, it can be selected instantly while creating invoices or purchases, without entering details again.

When To Use This Feature

This feature is useful for businesses that regularly deal with the same clients or suppliers.

  • Contacts can be added in advance, or
  • Created instantly while making an invoice or purchase.

Step-by-Step Flow

🔁 Flow

  1. Tap the hamburger menu (☰) (three lines, top-left) on the dashboard.
  2. Select Client / Supplier.
  3. To add a client,click on the Add Client and fill the details and save.
  4. To add a supplier, switch to the Supplier tab and follow the same steps.

Fields Explanation

Key Fields

FieldWhat It Means
Opening BalanceChoose whether the business needs to receive money from the client or if it needs to pay money to the client. - To Receive: The client owes money to the business. - To Give: The business owes money to the client.
GST Number (GSTIN)/ Tax IDEnter your business tax identification number (e.g., GSTIN, VAT, or TIN)

Optional Settings

Optional Sub-Features:

Transaction history- It shows the sales and payment that were recorded in a table format. User can select the transaction by tapping the rows that he wants to refer to and add changes if necessary

Credit limit: Up to what limit would you allow the client to obtain credit from you against invoices. The customer insight records and shows for each client to remind you if the client has crossed the threshold limit that you have set for the client

Export Client/Supplier List to Excel: -

You can easily download your Client/Supplier list using the Export Excel option.

Batch Upload:

Easily upload multiple clients at once using the Batch Upload feature—simply select the Client option, download the template, fill in client details, and upload the file to add them in bulk.
